We are living in times of natural disasters, armed conflicts, violence, accidents, and incurable diseases that might deeply affect our psyche. In some cases, this can result in sustained psychological trauma that may severely affect the quality of life of the traumatized person and their family.
This short cartoon uses a simple example to explain what trauma is, how it manifests itself, and how to cope with it.
The cartoon is created as part of joint project with BafF aimed to build capacity of North Caucasus NGOs and psychologists in addressing psychological trauma.
